Key Club International is the oldest and largest service program for high school students. It is a student-led organization whose goal is to teach leadership through servicing others. Key Club International is a part of the Kiwanis International group. Local Kiwanis clubs sponsor each Key Club. Key Club has expanded to be on a global level. In 1925 the first club was built  in Sacramento, California and since then, many more clubs have been added in over 30 different countries. Every year, more than 200 new Key Clubs are created, and volunteers keep pouring in!  Key Club's  emphasis is on permanent, active clubs, rather than on mere numbers. Key Club strives to make the world a better place, through humble and faithful community outreach and volunteering, while also churning out bright young leaders into the world.

Who We Are

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

About Us

Key Club is an international student-led organization which provides its members with opportunities to provide service, build character and develop leadership.

I pledge, on my honor,
to uphold the Objects of Key Club International;
to build my home, school and community;
to serve my nation and God;
and combat all forces which tend to undermine these institutions.

KEY CLUB PLEDGE

Our Key Club

After a brief hiatus, our new faculty advisor, Mrs. Donnette Wilson-McLaughlin helped us to get our Key Club back on its feet! Although in recent years our Key Club has not been as active as it used to, Ramapo High School's Key Club actually used to be one of the top Key Clubs in New York State! Now, it is our mission to restore our club to its former glory, as well as save the wider Spring Valley community, which has also fallen into hard times. It will be tough to get our club back on its feet, but that's what makes this challenge so exciting. It's a new age for our Key Club, and we hope that you'll join to help spread our vision of a happier and healthier community. Happy Key Clubbing!
